The recording industry is suing XM over their Inno player that lets subscribers record shows for personal use. The shows cannot ever be copied nor listened to without an XM subscription. I've become convinced that soon enough, the major labels are going to put themselves out of business.
Is $600 really that expensive for the PS3? I'm sure as hell not going to buy one, but according to what it's packing and the history of console prices, it seems fair. On a separate note, with all the speculation surrounding the price of the Nintendo Wii, has anyone else noticed that every Nintendo console has debuted at $200?
